Maruti Brass Products was founded in 1995 by Mr. Champaklal Sanghani with a modest workshop of just 600 sq. ft. and a few basic machines—one manual cutting machine, one slotting machine, and four drilling machines. In those early days, the company manufactured brass hardware goods such as hinges and tower bolts, supplying reliable brass fittings for construction and hardware markets.
By 1997, Maruti Brass Products enhanced its finishing quality by adding manual buffing machines. In 2000, the company established its own brass foundry, ensuring consistent quality and self-reliance in brass rod and casting production for precision European buyers.
In 2005, Maruti Brass Products invested in automatic special-purpose machines, boosting efficiency and precision. This milestone marked the company’s evolution into manufacturing high-quality brass components for plumbing, electrical, and industrial applications, expanding its market presence and technical strength.
By 2010, the company started exporting brass fittings and precision hardware to Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. In 2011, a quality control department with advanced inspection tools like the Mitutoyo Profile Projector was established, aligning production with European quality standards.
In 2015, Maruti Brass Products adopted CNC machining technology and expanded to a 5,350 sq. ft. facility. These advancements supported the production of custom brass turned parts and accelerated exports to over five international markets, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and reliability.
Today, Maruti Brass Products operates from a 12,000+ sq. ft. modern facility, supplying lead-free brass fittings and precision parts worldwide. Led by Mr. Raj and Mr. Nirav Sanghani, the ISO-certified company exports to over 10 countries, continuing its legacy of quality, innovation, and global trust.
